OUR STORY

Retiring, Retraining and Rehoming Thoroughbreds

Since 2010 Kristina and Evelyn have worked together to rehab off the track thoroughbreds and match them with their person. From hunters and jumpers to polo ponies and western mounts they have placed thoroughbreds in new disciplines across Ontario. They are driven to support the OTTB industry, ensuring these wonderful horses have a successful retirement from the track and find a meaningful second career!

Evelyn Jozefkowicz

Evelyn has been a part of the horse world for decades, whether through her role as a vet tech at the Woodbine racetrack, supporting rehab horses across Ontario or managing the care of our beloved horses and riders here in King City

Kristina Keilty

Kristina has been riding horses since the age of 5 and early on found her love for thoroughbreds. Kristina supports the farm as our rider and trainer for all of the thoroughbreds and riders who come through our program

MATCHING THE RIGHT HORSE WITH THE RIGHT RIDER

We focus on doing right by the horse always. Every horse that we take off the track is assessed so we understand fully their health and potential. Each horses has its own personalized program, some need intensive rehab and recovery while others just need to be restarted before finding their new rider and home. We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity, we want to ensure both the horse and their new rider will be happy and successful for years to come!
